CENTENNIAL COLLEGE IS CURRENTLY PERFORMING PLANNED MAINTENANCE


Please be advised that we will be performing maintenance on the College Banner and AISmartR systems starting on Friday, March 17th at 4:30 PM with the system returning to normal operations on Monday, March 20th at 5 AM.

During this time period, Banner and all Banner services including Banner Web Services will be unavailable.

Other systems impacted will be:

  • AISMartR
  • CE Web Registration
  • Centennial Mobile
  • COLT Calendar of Events
  • Distance Learning Online Exam Booking
  • OAT Online Assessment Testing
  • COCO

myCentennial (my.centennialcollege.ca) will be completely unavailable on Saturday March 18 from 7am-11am during which time all myCentennial services will not be available.

During the rest of the weekend, myCentennial will remain available but without Employee or Student Self Services, such as Tuition Payment, access to Student Timetable, Pay Stub, Leave Balances, etc. Users may receive channel errors within the portal for these services.

AISMartR will also be undergoing maintenance during this time and its planned availability is expected to return on Monday, March 20th, 2023 at 7 AM.

Please note that eCentennial (e. centennialcollege.ca) is not impacted by this maintenance.

Employee Time Sheets:

Please be advised that the time sheet entry and submission cutoff date has changed for the pay period 7 (March 5th to March 18th, payday March 30). Employees will now need to complete their timesheets by 3:00 PM on Friday, March 17th instead of the regular cut-off date 8 pm on March 19. In addition, Departments will also need to enter and submit timesheets for non-full-time academic employees by the same time/date (3:00 PM on Friday, March 17th, 2022).
